Bd’s Mongolian Grill – Flint Michigan
Wall signs face North and West
This client is the anchor in a shopping center and wanted 5 copies of their logo on the building with additional lighting for brightness and at the same time wanted to be sure the flames did not get washed out. There were also two awnings that were to be built, of which one had to go over an existing metal awning.
We built this project using T8 cold climate, energy efficient lighting in the circle backgrounds. We used EGL designer series white neon to increase brightness by 60%, the flames were digitally printed using a three layer method to maintain their full color and to be U.V. protected. The awnings were custom fitted and have heat and pressure applied vinyl on to an open weave fabric.

Burger Street –Flint Michigan
This client wanted an upscale look on their building to match the remodeled interior within a budget.
We designed curved aluminum awnings to break up the angular features of the building, These were suspended by adjustable struts, with reveals that would contain imported classic colored neon tubing from Italy, The signage on the building has face lit letters along with reverse lit letters. To help stay within budget, we replaced the faces in the pylon, added a new pole cover and took the curved look of the awnings and added that element between the two cabinets.
