Entrance sign
The mall has outdated signage with no identification for anchor tenants and wanted to make the signage dimensional and compliment the building design.
We designed a curved masonry structure with internally lit tenant signage and indirectly lit dimensional letters.

High-rise
This mall needed expressway identification that could be expanded at a later date to include additional tenants with an easily movable lighting system. This exceeded the city’s code for height and square foot area and this site had unstable ground conditions down 10’.
We petitioned the city and were granted variances from the sign code to erect a 103’ tall sign. The structure was engineered with a spread footing containing 120 yards of concrete and additional steel to support the forth coming signs.
